What will happen

Gathering around the fire

Coming together to open the circle. We'll light the Imaginal Fire that will stay lit throughout the day.

Grandmother Spider

We'll sit at the feet of Grandmother Spider while Cali tells us all about her.

Spider Story

Ali will share 'Spider Story', an immersive magickal story within a poem.

Exploring the space

A couple of hours to spend time in the space, exploring the interactive archetypes, seeing which call you. This period will include time for lunch away from the space.

Weaving together

Creative activities exploring the archetypes. As part of this, Ali will lead us into the Imaginal together in a practice she's developing called 'Co-Flow'.

Farewell to the fire

Reflections on the day and closing the circle.

How it is neuro-friendly

  • You contribute just by coming. There is no demand to do anything. It's all just invitation.

  • You don't have to sit still. You can look away, stim, change position, take time out - whatever helps you regulate and feel comfortable.

  • No hierarchy - we're all important, we all matter. It's about coming together to co-create and will be a unique collaborative event.

  • The circle will be held in a way to encourage co-regulation, helping to ease the nervous system.

  • You are welcome to get in touch before or after to share any needs you might have.

IMPORTANT: By the nature of this work, some powerful stuff may come up at times. While Ali and Cali are trained/experienced in offering emotional support and holding space, everyone is responsible for themselves during the gathering and taking care of their own wellbeing.

Come, sisters, gather in circle.

Bring a seat of your choosing

– rocking chair, rug, stool;

a throne, if you’re so inclined.

We are all queens, sovereign to ourselves.

Show up as you like; nothing is fixed.

We’re curators of this liminal space.

Sit, sisters,

around this communal fire we’ve made.

Settle yourselves.

We’ll begin.
